These warranty conditions govern the warranty for products and services provided by Granimax OÜ (hereinafter referred to as the seller) and the handling of warranty claims.

1. Warranty Period The seller grants a two (2) year warranty for their manufactured products and services.

2. Third-Party Products Used raw materials, sinks, and accessories not sold by Granimax OÜ are subject to the warranty provided by their respective suppliers.

3. Warranty Start Date The warranty period begins on the date of product delivery to the buyer.

4. Warranty Coverage The seller guarantees that the product meets the technical requirements in place at the time of manufacture and has no material or manufacturing defects. If non-compliance is found, the seller will rectify it at their expense.

5. Warranty Validation The warranty is valid only if the customer’s information is identifiable in the seller’s order management system or if the customer provides a copy of the purchase document.

6. Warranty Transfer The warranty remains valid if the product ownership changes. However, the new owner must provide information to identify the original purchase (e.g., installation address, buyer’s name).

7. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Products installed by a third party or the customer themselves.
  • Defects not reported within a reasonable time, as per consumer protection laws.
  • Failure to cooperate in resolving the issue by providing necessary information or evidence.
  • Damage caused by changes to the product’s base or supporting structure.
  • Damage caused by force majeure events.
  • Damage or defects resulting from misuse, improper maintenance, or exposure to harsh conditions.
  • Mechanical damage discovered after delivery and already addressed.
  • Damage caused by customer-added parts or modifications.
  • Natural material characteristics or environmental damage.
  • Products outside the warranty period.
  • Unpaid products.
  • Defects not reported after product receipt.
  • Defects known to the customer during production or installation.
  • Texture, pattern, or shade differences (natural variations).
  • Temporary stains from normal use.
  • Outdoor use of quartz.
  • Silicone installed at temperatures below +15 °C.
  • Products installed in public or commercial buildings.

8. Warranty Claims

The seller will address warranty claims in the following order:

  • Repair or replace the defective part without price reduction.
  • Provide a partial refund if repair or replacement is unsuccessful.
  • Provide a partial refund for installation errors if repair is unsuccessful.

9. Warranty Claims (Dealers) Dealers must submit a written complaint for warranty claims.

10. Response Time The seller must respond to complaints within seven calendar days. More complex technical issues may require additional time.

11. Warranty Extension The warranty for replaced or repaired parts extends to the end of the original product warranty.

12. Product Return Replaced components or the entire product must be returned to the seller for inspection.

13. Warranty Resolution The seller will arrange to address any recorded defects during the warranty period.

14. Product Condition The product must be clean for repair or maintenance. The customer is responsible for additional cleaning or maintenance costs.

15. Product Acceptance For door-to-door deliveries without installation, customers must inspect the product upon receipt and report any non-conformities within three working days. Transportation damage must be noted upon acceptance. After acceptance, the customer is responsible for the product’s condition.
